CONVEYOR CART (RCC1200)
The Roller Conveyor Cart is used to facilitate infeed/outfeed
operations to molders, planers, rip saws, cut-off saws
and other equipment. Each leg of the cart is adjustable
from 30”H to 42”H so different equipment
heights can be accounted for and the conveyor can be
leveled regardless of what the floor is doing. The cart
is equipped with four total lock swivel casters so it
stays in place once positioned. The galvanized steel
rollers are 2” in diameter and utilize roller
bearings for long life under demanding conditions. This
cart offers a new dimension in flexibility in a shop,
mill, or plant. A single pair of roller conveyors can
be used to feed multiple machines. Conveyors can be
bolted together when handling longer material.

LUMBER CART (TPT4000)
Built for those heavy loads, this rugged cart utilizes
the "tippy" concept for ease of maneuverability and
rolling. The large poly-on-steel center casters are
rated at 2000 lbs each, and the four corner casters
at 800 lbs each. The four corner casters provide for
improved stability and safety. This cart is designed
for forklift operations with three fork stand-offs and
replaceable hardwood wear pads. This cart is of solid
welded steel construction and built to hold up under
heavy demanding industrial use.
The picture shows the TPT4000 in a 36"W dimension, but
we commonly supply this cart in 42" and 48" widths as
well. As with all of our products, customized dimensions
are easily accommodated.

CLAMP CART
(PT CLC2000)

CART CLC2000 When that big clamping job comes up,
time and energy are wasted running around the shop collecting
enough clamps to get the job done. Custom Carts can
help with our CLC2000 pipe and bar clamp cart!! The
picture shown will accommodate up to 120 ¾" pipe clamps.
The system is expandable up to 230 ¾" pipe clamps or
168 bar clamps simply by adding more "slots" to the
cart. The system shown will accept pipe clamps up to
four feet in length.
The CLC2000 has a gross weight rating of 2000 lbs and
is equipped with four rubber-on-steel casters (two rigid,
two swivel are "standard") rated at 500 lbs each. The
frame is of solid welded steel construction and finished
with a tough powder coating.

cabinet box parts from saws and routers to other workstations
in the shop. The lower openings are 27 inches high and
accept box parts for lower cabinets. The upper openings
are 15 inches high and accept box parts for upper cabinets.
The large flat top can be used for longer pieces such
as shelves and refrigerator panels. The particle board
dividers shown are removable and available at additional

relatively uniform in size. This cart is ideal for receiving,
organizing, and transporting these parts. When multiple
carts are used, box parts can be sorted directly from
the saw or router for transport to line boring, edge

use by mill workers who produce moldings or flooring
or by plants who do a lot of ripping. The height of
the cart brings the input material and finished product
to an ergonomically efficient height, and the finished
product can be bundled right on the cart for manual
or forklift transport (the handles are removable). Replaceable
hardwood wear pads protect the product as it is being
stacked and bundled. As with all of our products, custom
